At the core of our success is the capability of the team that we bring to each assignment. The team is usually led by the Director and supplemented by Associates who have the relevant skills.

Director
Mushtaq is a housing and regeneration professional with highly developed managerial, analytical and consultancy skills, which have led to performance improvement in a number of testing environments. He has a range of experience at a senior management level of both public and private sector housing issues. He has an ability to think creatively and engage partners, and is adept at building teams. Mushtaq places special emphasis on working with elected and board members to ensure that their priorities are reflected in the management of the organisation.

Mushtaq has held posts at Director and Head of Service levels in large organisations and advises clients on a wide range of housing and related issues.

Our Associates
We have a team of Associates who work with us. For each project we find the right individual with the right skills and experience for the assignment. As many of our Associates have been working as consultants for some time, and have worked with us before, it’s a lot easier than you might think.
